John Almaguer received his Masters degree in Business Administration from University of Redlands. Upon graduation, he accepted a commission in the U.S. Army where he rose to the rank of Captain.
  
Subsequently, John started his career as a financial advisor with American Express Financial Advisors in 1993. While working for American Express, John managed corporate accounts for professionals in the entertainment industry.
  
In 2000, John and his partners collaboratively started Entertainment Wealth Management, Inc. where, as a financial advisor, he continues to grow with his practice. He is dedicated to helping families and individuals develop, implement, and review investment plans that may enable them to work towards their financial goals.

In addition to this, John was recently appointed as one of the Directors of the Los Angeles National Bank; a local bank primarily focusing on small to medium size businesses.

John conducts monthly financial seminars on various topics for executives at Universal Studios, Universal Music Group, and Fox Studios, to name a few.

Moreover, his dedication to education shines as he is a professor of Economics and Finance at Mount St. Mary’s College and Woodbury University.
